SAT Preparation

Achieve Learning & Resource Center is a Non-Profit founded by two current UCLA professors who were formerly at UC Berkeley. In rising through the academic ranks and finishing their PhDs, they realized the need for more affordable academic services that would help students access the elite educational institutions they had been privileged to attend. Through this vision, Achieve Learning was born. We maintain strong academic connections with some of the top universities in the country, including Harvard, Stanford, UC Berkeley, and UCLA.

Our Tutors

At Achieve Learning, quality is never sacrificed even though our rates are far below market value. Hiring elite tutors is one of the core components of our mission. Our tutors have worked for top SAT Prep companies, and all of our tutors have degrees from highly regarded four-year colleges and universities. Most importantly, our tutors have a passion for teaching and experience working with high school students.

Our Curriculum

At Achieve Learning, we don’t believe in a one-size fits all model of tutoring. The reality is that every student has different strengths and weaknesses. Therefore, our courses combine our proven strategies with individualized instruction to fit each student’s needs, bolster his or her strengths, and target his or her weaknesses. We will have multiple tutors in every class session in order to ensure that every student’s needs are met.

Score Guarantee

We have rigorous standards, and our curriculum has a proven track record of yielding outstanding results. Therefore, if our course fails to raise a student’s score by at least 150 points, we will provide six hours of private SAT instruction free of charge.
